The homemade pizza dough recipe is guaranteed to succeed with this simple basic recipe. You can top pizza dough with almost every ingredient.
Ingredients for four servings
- 1 Pc Yeast cubes (20 grams)
- 100 ml lukewarm water
- 300 G Flour
- One prize Flour, for dusting.
- 0.125 l Milk, lukewarm
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 25th G sugar
For the pizza dough, sieve the flour and salt into a bowl.
Crumble the yeast in an extra bowl, stir in the lukewarm milk, and a pinch of sugar until smooth.
Then mix the dissolved yeast with the flour, add lukewarm water and the oil and quickly knead with the remaining ingredients to form a silky, smooth dough until it loosens from the edge of the bowl. The easiest way to do this is to use a food processor with a dough hook. If you feel that the dough is still sticky then use more flour to it.
After that, cover the flour-dusted dough with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 220 degrees top and bottom heat. Knead the pizza dough again with floured hands. Now roll out the pizza dough on a floured work surface in the shape of a baking sheet about 4 mm thick or press it flat with the ball of your hand.
Place on the baking sheet, press up the edge and cover with the desired ingredients.
Bake the pizza in the oven on the lower rack for about 20-25 minutes until crispy.
