These juicy and chocolate brownies taste fantastic. A great recipe to recommend.
Ingredients for 16 servings
- 250 G bitter chocolate
- 100 G butter
- 3 Pc Eggs
- 150 G Flour
- 80 G Nuts, chopped
- 1 prize salt
- 1 Pk vanilla sugar
- 200 G sugar
For our sweet brownies, first put the butter in a saucepan, stir in the chocolate and melt it at a low temperature. Then take the pot off the stove and set it aside.
Before the chocolate is processed further, preheat the oven to 170 degrees (top/bottom heat).
As a next step, stir in the sugar, eggs, nuts, a pinch of salt, and flour into the melted chocolate.
Then pour the mixture onto a baking sheet (20×25 cm) lined with baking paper and smooth it out.
Bake the cake mixture in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
After baking, take the tray out of the oven and let the baked cake mixture cool down. Finally, cut the cake mixture into small pieces to make little brownies.
Tips on the recipe
You can also sprinkle the finished brownies with powdered sugar. Mint leaves even make a nice decoration. Whole nuts make a crunchy filling. To do this, add whole tree nuts to the dough instead of the chopped nuts.
The brownies will keep in the refrigerator for about one week. You can freeze them also in the freezer for 4-6 weeks.
