Type Of Noodles

How to prepare?
- Boil the noodles for a few minutes less than the packet suggests.

- In a pan, add the oil. Mix the ginger and garlic when the pan is heated.
- While adding the spring onions and stir-fry veggies, simmer for 30 seconds.
- Simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Prior to actually adding any protein or boiled noodles, sprinkle the sherry then allow it to completely evaporate.
- Stir to incorporate all the seasonings.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and pepper.
- Simmer for another 1-2 minutes before tossing in the additional green onions and serving.
