You can conjure up a fruity dessert with this great recipe. Orange tiramisu not only looks fantastic, but it also tastes great.
Ingredients for eight servings – Orange tiramisu
- 4th Tbsp Grand Marnier
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder, bitter
- 1 Pk Ladyfingers
- 500 G Mascarpone
- 6th Pc Oranges
- 500 G Quark
- 400 ml Whipped cream
For the Orange, Tiramisu squeezes two oranges and put the juice aside.
Mix the quark and mascarpone well with half of the fresh orange juice. Beat the whipped cream until stiff and fold it into the mascarpone cream.
Mix the Grand Marnier and the remaining orange juice in a larger bowl. Soak the ladyfingers in it and place in beautiful glasses, bowls, or a baking dish. Spread half the mascarpone cream on top.
Peel, fillet, and place two oranges on top. Then cover with soaked ladyfingers again, brush again with mascarpone cream and filleted the last two oranges, and cover the cream with them. The final layer consists of mascarpone cream, apply this evenly and then sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
Tips on the recipe – Orange tiramisu
Just before serving, garnish the orange tiramisu with fresh mint leaves.
For 100 grams of strawberries and 15 grams of whipped cream, make a cherry jelly. Crush the mixture to heat it up, then fold in the 12 layer of gelatin that has been immersed in cold water. Set the liquid in 4 boxes in the refrigerator to set.
We vigorously whisked together the mascarpone and golden syrup in a salad cup. Squeeze in the vanilla bean syrup, ground ginger, and lime zest. Combine the smashed berry preserves with cream and sprinkle over the berry jelly. Decorate the servings with a few berries.
