Ingredients for four servings
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 TL oil
- 1 cup of salt
- And 1 cup of water
Preparing Quick Salt Dough:
For the quick salt dough, put the flour in a bowl, add oil, water, and salt and knead all ingredients well until you get a smooth dough. Fat on your hands prevents it from sticking and makes the dough even softer.
Then roll out the dough thinly and cut out any figures/letters.
Place the figures on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour and leave to dry in the oven at approx. One hundred forty degrees (with top and bottom heat) for about 1 hour. If the dough is thick, the baking time will be longer.
To check if the dough is ready, tap the tins’ back with a fork – if they sound hollow, here is the prepared dough.

You can take the salt mixture out from the refrigerator half an hour before using it, or else it would be difficult to deal with. This tip can be used for other Vegetable recipes as well.
As soon as the shapes have cooled down, you can paint them or decorate them with watercolours.
